I know I'm doing my best to keep Utah in the plus column.
 

I guess in Oregon they don't fry foods like they do in the South.
My quest to lose 20 or so pounds won't make much difference with anything except my ability to squeeze into my skinny jeans.
 

I think the deal is that in CO & OR there are a lot more people who are crazy and do that outdoorsey exercising thing... burrr it's too cold for me!
And of course all that high fat food in the South hurts their numbers.
I noticed that Hawaii wasn't included, they have terrible rates from what I saw there.
 

They should count Americans living overseas in another category--I think we'd be on the rise too!
