Did you check out the one done by Adam? They put the monitor inside the pumpkin too...ala apple. Pretty cool. Loved the comment about using gloves before plugging it in to keep the insurance out of it. ;o)

My kids and I are going to build TWO gingerbread houses. My kids are 15 & 17 now, but they love to be creative. I figure I better do all I can with them while they are still at home.
