i think it's a bodyflasher. I have one in the shape of a Guinness bottle cap & you make it flash when you're ready for another pint. Very silly.
 

I used to be addicted to them and don't have any on my new blog. They are little rectangles that blink. They usually show that persons interests.

I like blinkies but then I'm limited in many ways. I just like to put them up to advertise my varied and various interests. I think it's amazing what people can do with all sorts of PSP nonsense.

I used to have a bunch of blinkies on my blog but hubby complained that they made it load too slowly. You can find them by Googling "blinkies." You just right click on the ones you want to copy and then host them somewhere like Photobucket.
 

I rather like a tasteful blinkie here and there. Got one on my first blog that says "I blink therefore I am" and I've grown quite attached to it!
