Way to go!
Steve Vaught, better known as The Fat Man Walking, has completed his goal of walking across America, and is in NYC today!
His thoughts on crossing this threshhold and being bombarded by questions from the media? “Frankly, I'm a little weirded out.” I would imagine!
It's a very interesting story, and one that I've been following on and off over the last year. I'm glad he's made it safely and in good health, and I wish him well in future endeavors.

He looks like he lost some weight along the way. Now someone will trip over the parts, or dogs will find them & want to play with them. Oy! Can't he pick up after himself?
That's funny cube! I'm seeing the parts like in the comercials now. http://www.adcouncil.org/default.aspx?id=54
I wish the extra fat would just fall off like that.
I'm glad that he made it. That was pretty sad to read about him getting stuck in TX and how people keep wanting to make a buck off of him.
I didn't see how his family is doing with him being gone though.

hey i saw this story this morning and thought he was quite impressive. But I sure hope his luck turns for the better for jobs and life in general for him.
He set a goal and accomplished it. Good for him!
I did not follow this story at all. I remember hearing about it once, but I didn't pay much attention to it at the time.
